Based on the BEST SELLING book, SANTUS HOUSE is about four college students that set out on an adventure, hoping to come back with material for a class paper around urban legends. Their goal is simple—visit an abandoned haunted house to uncover its origins and what led to it being an urban myth shrouded in tragedy. They arrive and are surprised to learn that the house isn’t abandoned. A caretaker named Amare welcomes them and offers to share what he knows of the home’s dark roots. A wedding gift, the house was intended to bring happiness to a young couple.
But a stranger had other ideas. As the group divided and uncertain who to trust. One thing is certain—they never should have come to Sanctus House!

Richard Grieco is an actor, artist, and former fashion model that is best known for his role as Detective Dennis Booker in 21 Jump Street. Richard has appeared in hundreds of television shows and movies and has become an expert in creating horror films.
Jason Campbell is the President of JCFilms Studios and has written, directed and produced nearly 100 films. Specializing in faith and family films, Jason has a gift in helping new filmmakers enter the business.
